Learn stringing with flexible beading wire as well as jewelry-making terms, and walk away with at least 2 pieces of jewelry and the knowledge and confidence to make more. Join us for an evening of vocal and instrumental jazz. The group consisting of guitar, bass, and drums is lead on a weekly basis by guitarist John Witkowski. The group is fronted by a revolving pool of local musicians and singers. On this Halloween evening, Rachel will play that role with a group of musicians she has performed with numerous times since becoming involved in the Santa Cruz jazz scene in 2003.

Along with your own materials, bring willingness to experiment to this class and encrust your wooden needle case to suit your style. Student must be able to accomplish unassisted the following stitches in an even-count tube: netting, right-angle weave, herringbone, and peyote stitch.
